Come and hear from HoneyCombes Property Group from it's CEO Peter Honeycombe:


Honeycombes Property Group, a private Queensland developer, has been appointed by The Queensland Government as the preferred developer of the new Ferny Grove Train Station Precinct Transit Oriented Development (TOD). The current bitumen car park will be transformed into a vibrant mixed use precinct which includes 60 residential apartments, speciality retail, food and beverage, cinema complex, full line supermarket, and a stand alone fast food outlet.

The State Government is also contributing funding for an extra 250 commuter car spaces to meet the growing need of the patrons in the region. This will increase the park and ride facility to 1180 car parks with the majority undercover. To assist with traffic circulation a new connection Samford Road will be constructed as part of the infrastructure to be provided by the Developer.

Honeycombes Managing Director Peter Honeycombe said they are very proud to be appointed by the State after an extensive Public Tender process as the site has many significant attractions as a mixed use development.
