Our speaker for this month is Susanne Jones, speaking on:  ‘Business Exit Planning’

Planning how you will exit your business will provide you with the best financial and emotional options for selling your business. However, exiting your business may not always mean selling up but could entail stepping back from operational duties to free up time to work on your strategy.

As Managing Director of Just Better Care Brisbane North, Susanne has systematically grown two franchise areas to peak performance and built a solid local presence by ensuring the provision of high quality in-home aged care and disability support services. She is continually growing into, and improving, her business; and strives to demonstrate that private sector provision of disability and in-home aged-care services can be both ethical and commercial.

Her passion for leadership and business excellence has led Susanne to pursue continuous improvement of her own skills and she has been granted Fellow Membership to the Institute of Managers and Leaders, is a proud member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and volunteers her time for QLD Government Mentoring 4 Growth program. Winner of the 2021 Queensland Training Awards and 2-time Finalist of the Moreton Bay Region Business Excellence & Innovation Awards in the category of Businesswoman of the Year, Susanne is aware of the challenges of stepping away from business and allowing others to step up and in, and will share that journey with you.
